Processing Time
It will take 1 business day to process your order. If your order is placed by 4pm EST, it will process the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Our standard shipping times are 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the delivery tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Your order might ship from different warehouses depending on the product. Please be aware if you are shopping for different items they might arrive at different times.
Delivered but not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your package is confirmed to be delivered but you have not received it, feel free to contact us at: info@cherry-angel.com. We will do our best to assist you locate your package.
Please be mindful we cannot be held accountable for lost packages.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, it may delay the process of your order by an additional 1-2 business days. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times and there is a very small window to modify your order.

Order Cancellations

Wisconsin, Washington, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Nebraska, Michigan, Maryland, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, California, Arkansas, New Jersey and New York.
These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Cherry Angel in no way benefits from this.
